Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take longer; the estimated time is shown on each listing.
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Every order is carefully packaged in a gift-ready jewelry box and a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- To start a return, email info@silverely.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Custom, engraved or personalized pieces and resized rings are final sale.
